The vehicle, which was produced only 12 units, can produce 1817 horsepower and reach a speed of 500
The Hennessey Venom F5, which first appeared in 2020, entered the automobile world like a storm with its huge 1817 horsepower engine and 500 kilometers speed capacity.
Then it managed to attract attention with the Venom F5 Roadster and the even lighter, track-focused Revolution model. Now, Hennessey has taken the series one step further and introduced the Venom F5 Revolution Roadster.
The Revolution Roadster is a convertible version of the Venom F5. Although removing the roof roof is sometimes considered a step in reducing structural stiffness, Hennessey engineers were able to overcome this situation thanks to the carbon fiber monocoque structure and body. In this way, the rigidity and durability of the car were preserved.
ENGINE SAME AS PREVIOUS MODEL
The roof of the Revolution Roadster, consisting of carbon fiber composite panel, can be easily removed with its quick-release bolts and latches. There is no electrical system on the roof. It should also be noted that the inside of the panel is covered with Alcantara.
The element that provides the power of the car is still the same; the biturbo 6.6-liter V-8 engine also found in other Venom F5 models. This engine can produce 1817 horsepower and 1,167 Nm of torque. Reportedly, Hennessey focused on making aerodynamic improvements rather than more power with the Revolution Roadster.
The price of the Hennessey Venom F5 Revolution Roadster, which can accelerate to 100 km / second in 2.6 seconds, is at a very high level. Only 12 of the vehicle, which attracts attention with a price tag of 3 million dollars, will be produced. But according to the statement, all of them have already been sold. One of them was owned by NBA legend Michael Jordan.
